2026 Land Rental Rates
Note: These fees do not include harvest or packing totes, nor any consumable supplies, such as boxes, seeds, fertilizer, organic pesticides, etc.
OVERALL SITE USE AND ACCESS: Includes plot of land (located at 6945 Lakeside Rd, Marion, IA 52302), access to well water and irrigation system, individual storage shed, access to shared hand tools, perimeter mowing, port-a-potty, use of greenhouse, and use of the wash/pack area.
Plots:
1/3 acre = $150/year
2/3 acre = $250/year
1 acre = $350/year
First-year farmers receive 1/3-acre plots, with the opportunity to expand in subsequent years based on successful land management, optimized use of resources, and overall land availability.
